Return Policy

We offer a 9-day return policy, which means you have 9 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
• It must have all tags intact and be in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

• We will send you a return shipping label.

❗ Note: Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• The item is defective
• The item is damaged
• You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized products
• Items purchased on sale or discounts

Exchanges

The fastest way to get your desired item is to:

1. Return the item you received
2. Once accepted, place a new order for the replacement item

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a location within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is:

• Unused and unworn
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund approval status.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
